Chicago Navy Memorial Foundation Joins USS Rickover Crew at Union League Club of Chicago

On November 2, 2021, members of the Chicago Navy Memorial Foundation joined a reception and dinner hosted by the USS HYMAN G. RICKOVER Commissioning Committee at the Union League Club of Chicago. The event welcomed the Commanding Officer and crew of the USS HYMAN G. RICKOVER (SSN-795), a Virginia-class submarine named in honor of Admiral Hyman G. Rickover, a pivotal figure in the development of the U.S. Navy’s nuclear submarine program.
